Flight Controller Board For ESC

Client Goal:

To design a 5-channel PWM board that can operate the Electronic Speed Controller.

Our Contribution:

We completed a thorough analysis of requirements and selected appropriate components. Afterwards, we designed the schematic and layout, and tested, and validated the board to ensure that it met all necessary specifications.

Board Specifications:

The board will require a 3.7V LiPo battery to function properly. It will also feature Lora connectivity, a 5-channel PWM signal generator, a GPS interface port, and a buzzer and flashlight.

Flight Controller Gateway

Client Goal:

The client's goal is to have a PCB designed that can send telemetry commands to multiple Flight Controller boards.

Our Contribution:

We began by conducting a comprehensive analysis to identify the appropriate components. Afterward, we designed and tested the PCB, verifying its schematic and layout.

Board Specification:

The board will require a 3V7 LiPo battery to function. It will also need to have Lora and Bluetooth connectivity, a compass sensor for direction check, a GPS interface port, a buzzer, and 2 push buttons. The board will be able to charge its battery via USB and receive firmware updates over the air.

Air Pollution Monitoring System

Client Goal:

The client wants to check the air quality index and share the sensor data on the cloud.

Our Contribution:

We designed and selected components, created schematic and layout, and developed firmware and APIs for measuring AQI and sharing sensor data on the cloud.

Board Specification:

The board requires a 3.7V LiPo battery to function. It also features 4G LTE wireless connectivity, a gas sensor for AQI measurement, a GPS interface port, and a 5V solar cell for battery charging.
